1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Note: Deliveries to remote areas, Northeast states, or locations experiencing severe weather/logistical disruptions may take 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated and displayed transparently at checkout based on order value or destination.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on orders meeting minimum purchase promotional thresholds (if active on the store).

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your package is dispatched, we will send an email and SMS with your Tracking Number and courier partner details.

  • You can track the progress of your shipment directly using the provided link.

5. Delivery Address & Undelivered Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate during checkout.

  • Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the package to our warehouse (RTO - Return to Origin). Re-shipping fees may apply if the package is returned due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept.

6. Damaged in Transit

If the external parcel package appears opened, torn, or severely damaged upon arrival:

  • Do not accept the parcel, or take clear photos/videos before opening.

  • Notify us within 48 hours at orderorder1999@gmail.com or +91 90 2294 2213 with your Order ID and media proof so we can arrange an immediate replacement.
